How hard is to be cool?

Well, there are certain group op people whos habbit is to point their elbows out of the car windows, so they look cool, they sit musculine. I have seen some extreme cases of “be col, be musculine”, like this morning, it is +3 celsius out there and Volvo is driving along with all the windows lowered and 3 pointy elbows out of the windows, first two in the front set smile on my face, but 3rd – i started to laugh – imagine – rear door window, just lowers partly, so called, children safety, so they cannot jump/fall out while you are driving and your kids are safely in their childern seat strapped to it with 5 point seatbelt, so this guy sits there, with window partly lowered and elbow sticking out, try that – you will see how uncomfy that is. And so – sunburn in summer, chronic pain from winter – but one must be cool, must sit musculine.

Life’s good, huh?

while whalking to along the street i noticed  large cardboard box with writing on it – Life’s good – 42″ TV. so I wonder is it so?

• Life’s grate – 50″ LCD TV
• Life could not be better – 60″ LCD TV
• Life could be better – 37″ LCD TV
• Life sucks – 20″ LCD TV

And what if i dont have TV, what then they will write on the cardboard box? And to whoom are these writings? To boms, to choose cardboard housing for cold and harsh Latvian winter?

Spam, spam, spam, oh and did i mentione – spam

Spammers send tousands of emails and email server administrators delete/mark them, and then spammers send even more spam, and admins make tools even smarter, so they can mark even more of that junk that flies around in millions. So i wonder, what they think when they recieve spam – they are happ to receive 1000 e-mails a day that is direct result of their work?

On the other end is admins that are so ignorant about what and how they do, that they cannot be bothered to set up simple checks, to see, is sender genuine, do realy this sender exist? So other people are suffering just because some stupid admins do not know what they are doing. Now i am thinking that is worse – ignorant admins, stupid users whose PC are used to send spam, or spammers themselves. So, spammers are action, but there are so little counter-reaction – that it is painful. Spam spam spam spam spam. Spam to death.

I drive Honda

Well, i am not. But there are people who do and say – well Honda is Japanese BMW, Honda Accord is Japanese Mercedes S class, Toyota is Japananese WV, Mitsubishi is something else and, and etc. That makes me wonder – why there are so many wanabees, but allmost no real conteders. Just some cars stand out of the croud, just some cars from Japanese manufacturers make this “WOW” effect, and just some of those does not deminish after 1 or 2 years. Like Mazda 6 was – oh, nice car. But after 2 years – that is the usual Mazda, after facelift, new model, it is still same car, it is not a head turner.

Subaru made their latest generation Legacy/Ouback model a real belle and after 3 years it is still nice looking car, it has not deminshed as average gray mass of crappy cars that drive around. That car have stype on its own, like Merc, like Beemers, some Audis, but still, there are much wanabees that fight each other with 20L more storage space in back, more plastic gadgets for cups that will break off eventualy or start to make noises. Why nobody cares what they are buying?
